Nanming district of Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China National Service Corporation for Chinese Personnel Working Abroad (CNSC) at a ceremony held in the district on Jan 12. The agreement aims to enhance cooperation in operating and innovating duty-free shops and cross-border e-commerce.

Under the agreement, the two sides will actively respond to the State's request to stimulate consumption from abroad and construct an intra-city duty-free shopping network with Chinese characteristics.

At the same time, the two sides will fully utilize the district's related policies to enhance cross-border e-commerce cooperation.

The two parties will also mobilize their advantages and resources and collectively promote cooperation between healthcare and international medical service programs to continuously enrich consumers' shopping choices and meet people's consumption needs.

The signing of the contract is expected to help Nanming district to integrate into the new "dual circulation" development model, which takes domestic circulation as its mainstay and uses domestic and international circulations to boost each other. The agreement will also help the development of the district's commerce and service industries.
