Nanming district of Guiyang city, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, will focus on medical and health improvement projects in the current year and continue to build a health information platform.
That's reportedly in line with its work deployment covering 10 areas of improving people's lives in 2021.
The new fourth health service center of Huaguoyuan community is undertaken by the Fourth People's Hospital of Guiyang and currently more than 20 medical workers there are appointed by the hospital.
The center has more than 10 clinics, undertaking basic medical and public health services such as vaccinations, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, medical examinations for the elderly, children's health care and maternal health care.
It is expected that through data aggregation, intercommunications, analysis and applications, the district will effectively improve the application capabilities of medical data services and provide information support for the realization of all-round precision, real-time and intelligent health and medical services.
At present, the district's health information platform has collected basic diagnosis, treatment and basic public health data from 48 institutions in Nanming District People's Hospital, Nanming District Maternity and Child Health Hospital, township health centers, community health service centers and community service stations.
It has not only improved the hardware and software systems of health services in the district, but also effectively alleviated the problems of difficult, expensive and remote medical treatment for the grassroots people.
