The government of Nanming – the district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – on June 5 held talks to expand its financial ties with the Guizhou branch of the Agricultural Bank of China.
The two sides explored developing financial links to increase Nanming's economic and social development.
Huang Chenghong, head of Nanming, said that as the core urban area of Guiyang city, the district was advancing its new urbanization.
She advocated that the two parties set up liaison teams, to streamline contacts.
Nanming district is conveniently located, has solid economic foundations and major development potential, according to Liao Hongmei, general manager of the business department of the Guizhou branch of the Agricultural Bank of China.
The bank would give full play to extending its services and guidance to Nanming, Liao added.
