Nanming district in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, held light shows to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which fell on July 1.

Nanming's landmark buildings and mass gathering places, including Shuangzi Towers, Jiaxiu Pavilion and Zhucheng Square, were among the highlights of the light shows, which created a warm and festive atmosphere.
The shows presented the country's flourishing glory under the leadership of the CPC.
