Nanming social sciences federation established

Nanming District Federation of Social Sciences Associations was officially established with the holding of its first congress on Nov 9, marking a new chapter in the district's academic research.

The congress voted through the "Articles of the Nanming District Federation of Social Sciences Associations (Draft)" and "The Election Measures for the First Plenary Meeting of the First Committee of the Nanming District Federation of Social Sciences Associations".

It also elected the chairperson, vice-chairperson, and secretary-general, as well as the standing committee and committee members of the first committee of the organization.

The Nanming District Federation of Social Sciences Associations is a joint organization composed of various academic groups and research institutions exploring the field of social sciences in Nanming district.

It will carry out research, strengthen academic exchanges, promote a better understanding of the discipline, and publicize research results.

It is expected to promote the prosperity of Nanming's philosophy and social sciences, and serve the district's reform, opening-up and modernization.
