Nanming State-owned enterprise makes it onto national list

An enterprise from the Nanming district of Guiyang -- capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- recently made it onto the national State-owned enterprise list in 2022.

The list was announced by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China's Cabinet.

It includes the top 100 State-owned enterprises in terms of sales volume in the country, as well as the 100 State-owned enterprises with annual sales of more than 50 million yuan ($7.5 million) and an average growth rate of more than 25 percent in the past three years.

The Nanming enterprise that made the list was Power China Guizhou Engineering Co Ltd.

In recent years, the company has successively done business in Kenya, Cambodia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Iran and other countries. It has signed engineering procurement construction agreements in such fields as solar power, wind power, hydropower, power transmission and transformation and infrastructure.
