The trail will be constructed along the Nanming section of the Nanming River and will run from Taici Bridge to Shuikousi Bridge.

Construction on the section from Fazhi Square to Zhucheng Square and the section from Jiaxiu Pavilion to Nantuan Bridge is progressing rapidly.

Supporting facilities, such as rest stations, bookstores, intelligent sports facilities, forest leisure spaces, and children's amphitheaters, will be constructed along the trail.

The trail is scheduled to be put into use in November 2023.
