Nanming included in top 100 list in terms of investment competitiveness

Nanming district of Guiyang – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – ranked 65th in the nation in terms of investment competitiveness in 2022, becoming the only district in Guizhou to make the cut.

The result was included in the findings of the 2022 report on the Research of China's Top 100 Districts in Terms of Investment Competitiveness recently launched by CCID Consulting, the research institute affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Investment competitiveness takes into account regional government service level, infrastructure support, key element guarantee, and ecological environment.

As the central urban area of Guiyang, Nanming has obvious location advantages and extremely strong consumption capacity and market demand.

In 2021, Nanming had a GDP of 97.77 billion yuan ($13.93 billion), a year-on-year increase of 6.6 percent and ranking first in the city for the third year in a row.
