Nanming human resources industrial park to start operation

The human resources industrial park in Nanming district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, will start trial operation in mid-March.

It is understood that the industrial park is located in the M area of Huaguoyuan. It is designed to have a construction area of 22,000 square meters, of which, the first phase accounts for 3,650 sq m.

The industrial park is a comprehensive human resources service center that was jointly built by the Nanming district people's government and the Guizhou Employment Promotion Association. It aims to promote the development of application-oriented and skilled talent services. It also aims to boost employment rates.

Huang Xian'gang, deputy secretary-general of the Guizhou Employment Promotion Association, introduced that the park will mainly provide employment services, skills training, talent evaluations, career guidance, business incubation, and other services.

This year, the industrial park will focus on the cooperation of skilled talents in China's eastern and western provinces, and the cultivation of new businesses and new professional talents. The park will evaluate skilled talents, as well as provide human resource services for small, medium and micro-sized enterprises.

In addition, the industrial park will promote the introduction of public employment services into the university campuses, improve the employment rate of college graduates, and strengthen the interaction mechanism between talents and industries.
