Third phase of Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park to open

The third phase of the Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is scheduled to be put into use at the end of this month.

Currently, the project has entered its final construction stage, and workers are carrying out decorative operations such as planting greenery, building flower displays, and performing indoor cleaning.

The third phase is located in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Development Zone in Southwest China's Guizhou province, and is about 5 kilometers away from Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, and 7 km away from the main urban area of Guizhou's capital city, Guiyang.

Zhu Tao, director of the Nanming District Park Construction Service Center, introduced that the third phase of the project started construction in February 2022, and that it is designed to cover an area of 62 mu.

The total investment for this project is 600 million yuan ($86.33 million).

When the project starts operating, it is expected to contribute greatly to the development of an electronic information manufacturing industry that focuses on new displays, chip design, packaging and testing, 5G, internet of things, and smart consumer electronics terminals.

It will also boost the development of the district's biological technology industry.
