Nanming's new commerce complex undergoes rapid construction

Guiyang Jiuyue Complex in Nanming district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is currently undergoing rapid construction.

The complex is funded by China Resources Land (CR Land), the property arm of conglomerate China Resources Enterprise.

It is designed to include shopping malls and office buildings, and will have a total floorage area of 270,000 square meters.

It started construction in August 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in April 2025.

Currently, more than 900 workers from China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corporation are working on the erection of outer frames, tying of steel bars, demolition of formwork, and pouring of concrete for the complex.

Its main structure will be fully capped at the end of this month.
