DC Plaza makes new progress in business promotion

A signing ceremony for key brands and flagship stores was recently held for the DC Plaza commercial complex in Nanming district of Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

It marked significant progress in the project's bid to promote and attract investment, with more than 50 pacts completed.

A total of eight key brands and flagship stores were signed during the ceremony. And two brands, namely DC Plaza and DC Sport, were introduced.

DC Plaza is located at the intersection of Jiefang Road and Zunyi Road, and is a one-stop diversified urban complex with a total construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters.

Among them, 64,000 sq m is planned for the shopping center, and 22,000 sq m for grade-A office buildings.

Currently, the main construction of the project has been completed and the project is expected to start operations at the end of this year.

The positioning of DC Plaza is focused on "youthfulness, experience, quality, and service", aiming to offer consumers in Guiyang a more vibrant and experiential consumption lifestyle.

The commercial space of the project will attract more than 200 brands to settle there, covering various formats including boutique retail, catering, parent-child interactive activities, fashion, entertainment experience, and lifestyle services.

It is worth mentioning that the commercial operator has created an exclusive sports experience collection brand called DC Sport, which introduces popular sports projects such as rock climbing, frisbee, Parkour, basketball, and camping.

It aims to build a comprehensive sports and entertainment space that fully meets the consumption needs of young customers.
