In recent years, Nanming district in Southwest China's Guizhou province has been advancing the cultivation and certification actions for technology-based enterprises, and significant results have been delivered.
Nanming is now home to 252 high-tech enterprises, ranking second in the province by this metric.
Since the beginning of this year, Nanming has focused on improving the service system for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, establishing a localized evaluation mechanism for technology-based SMEs. It has also been working to enhance enterprises' awareness of applying for high-tech status and enjoying national preferential policies.
Moving forward, Nanming will continue to strengthen its cultivation of high-tech enterprises, establish and improve the cultivation pool for reserve high-tech enterprises, and encourage companies to lay out core intellectual property rights and accelerate the development of new products.
