Fangyuanhui Dolphin Plaza to transform retail landscape in Nanming

In recent days, the brand lease rate for the Fangyuanhui Dolphin Plaza project in Nanming district has exceeded 95 percent. It is set to officially debut on May 31.

The plaza is expected to cover a commercial area of 220,000 square meters and will focus on introducing new stores to the city, creating innovative experiential formats, and developing a cluster of flagship stores.

It aims to showcase strong experiential children's formats within the business block and the most diverse range of dining formats in the main urban area, striving to become a new-generation shopping center with a strong blend of "youthfulness, aesthetics, and social appeal" to better meet the diverse and personalized needs of families and young individuals.

The plaza is oriented toward young people, with first-store brands, including CINITY Space, NIKE RISE750, and GAP, accounting for 30 percent of its stores.

To cater to the rich and varied social dining needs of family clientele, the project will also feature three dining floors to offer consumers a rich culinary experience.

The project has already attracted trendy fashion brands like W.MANAGEMENT, BEERBRO BRAND, F426, MLB, and NB1906, as well as entertainment experiential formats such as HiFun Trendy Play Factory and GOODSLOVE.

The plaza has a dolphin-shaped exterior and curved interior design resembling ocean waves, and features trendy spots like the Fashionable Pier and the Ledong Lighthouse.
