Breathing new life into old factory buildings stands as a central feature of Nanming district's efforts to enhance and renew its urban areas.

A collection of old factory buildings on Tiyu Road in the district has undergone a transformation.

While preserving their original charm, they have been transformed into a cultural and sports creative park featuring sports venues, children's education and training facilities, dining establishments, cultural and creative spaces, craft breweries, art centers, and more.
