Guizhou-Cloud Big Data Group and Nanming district held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony on March 6. The partnership aims to use the group's strengths to accelerate Nanming's digital transformation and enhance regional governance capabilities.
Xu Hao, chairman of Guizhou-Cloud Big Data Group, emphasized that this agreement marks the beginning of deep collaboration in urban operation center construction, city brain development, and artificial intelligence applications.
The two sides seek to strengthen government-enterprise cooperation by building a solid data foundation, expanding AI-driven scenarios, fostering data-driven industries, and improving digital literacy among officials.
His group will capitalize on its expertise in government informatization, utilizing DeepSeek's foundational capabilities to help Nanming restructure its digital governance system. This will enable real-time urban monitoring, emergency management coordination, and grassroots governance.
Liu Guijun, secretary of the CPC Nanming district committee, hoped this collaboration would drive top-level design, construct a robust digital infrastructure, accelerate IT innovation and localization, and enhance fundamental digital capabilities. By gradually expanding DeepSeek's AI applications, the initiative seeks to improve smart services and empower grassroots governance.
