Nanming event attracts runners for springtime celebration

The 7th Nanming Yongle Peach Blossom Run was held on March 22 in the vast peach orchards of Yongle township, Nanming district. More than 4,200 running enthusiasts embraced the romance of spring with every step.

Under the theme "Run Guiyang, Yongle Peach Run", this year's event integrated sports, tourism, culture, and industry, creating a grand festival for all participants.

For the first time, the Peach Blossom Run introduced two themed race routes: a 5.20-kilometer course and a 13.14-km course.

The 5.20 km route for couples and families featured "Love Commitment" checkpoints, allowing runners to capture sweet moments amid the peach blossoms.

The 13.14 km route wound through thousands of acres of peach orchards and lush countryside, offering a physical challenge and a symbolic pursuit of lifelong devotion.

Beyond the main races, the event featured themed activities, including the "Peach Garden Fair," "Peach Treasure Market," and "Peach Blossom Viewing Festival", encouraging engagement from visitors and locals.
