Southwest China's Guizhou province has taken a major step toward smarter government services by launching its first AI-powered administrative system at the Nanming District Government Service Center. This marks a significant upgrade from traditional online services to intelligent digital solutions.

The "Guiren Smart Assistant", developed by the Guizhou Provincial Government Service Center, is an advanced AI-powered inquiry system built on the domestic DeepSeek model. It facilitates interactions between enterprises, residents, and the government, providing a comprehensive suite of inquiry, guidance, processing, status tracking, and feedback services.

The "Guiren Smart Assistant" has demonstrated impressive service capabilities. Using language processing technology, it can accurately interpret colloquial expressions, identify user needs, and deliver real-time solutions, intelligently responding to queries regarding over 5,000 standardized administrative procedures across the province and guiding users to the relevant service application pages, as well as platforms like "Enterprise Home" and "Cloud Service Desk".

The system supports real-time application processing for 30 administrative services, including new public venue sanitation permits. It also lets users check the queue status at government service halls and access digital certificates such as ID cards, driving licenses, and personal property documents.
