Nanming improves government services to boost business vitality

Guiyang city's Nanming district has launched a comprehensive pilot reform to invigorate local business dynamics by streamlining the transformation of individual businesses into enterprises.

The service includes business registration updates, official seal engraving, basic account modification, tax clearance, social insurance registration, and housing fund contributions.

By establishing a coordinated multi-department mechanism, the district ensures a streamlined experience under the "one-window acceptance, internal circulation, and parallel handling" model.

Nanming has expanded its original six core services to include five more high-frequency items: tax control equipment reissuance, medical insurance registration update, food business license change, food production license change, and pharmaceutical retail license update. This expansion simplifies administrative procedures and significantly reduces the burden on applicants.

Mr Lu, a Guiyang Zeming Trading Co representative, was among the first to benefit from the new service. He completed the transition process within two working days, from business registration change and tax clearance verification to tax control equipment update.
