Nanming district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, showcased the province's cuisine at the Guizhou Ethnic Unity Parade on May 18 as part of China Tourism Day.

The Nanming parade group featured a 20-meter-long parade float accompanied by 150 professional performers.

The float was a visual spectacle, adorned with Miao silver headdress motifs on the front and rich ethnic patterns across the body. A model of Jiaxiu Pavilion, a landmark of Nanming district, also stood amid cultural totems.

Performers dressed as chefs danced and sang through the parade route, showcasing traditional delicacies like siwawa (stuffed rice paper rolls) and tofu balls.
