The group learned about the unique characteristics of Miao embroidery through guided explanations, hands-on practice, and interaction with local embroiderers. Under the guidance of skilled artisans, they tried their hands at the traditional "flower-picking" embroidery technique, gaining insights into the history and efforts to preserve this cultural art form.
The visit gave the Australian delegation a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and cultural significance of Miao embroidery.
