At the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2025, Guizhou Yinqing Technology Industry Co, a smart computing enterprise based in Nanming district, unveiled its Zhiche Yuntu Automotive Lifecycle Big Data Public Service Platform, highlighting its growing strength in digital services for the automotive circulation sector.
As the first nationwide data platform jointly developed by the automotive industry and government agencies, the solution integrates public data with industry resources to provide comprehensive, one-stop services. It aims to build a transparent, efficient, and intelligent ecosystem for the auto industry.
Visitors at the expo experienced how the platform supports government supervision, financial risk control, and smoother transactions.
For regulators, it aggregates multi-dimensional vehicle data and delivers standardized tools to help detect irregular trading or false reporting. For financial institutions, it combines vehicle lifecycle data with business data to enhance risk models and refine product pricing. For businesses and consumers, it streamlines verification, simplifies procedures, and improves transaction efficiency.
The platform has already powered Guizhou's 2024 "trade-in" program by replacing manual checks with automated, data-driven verification. To date, it has processed more than 200,000 transactions, enabling deals worth over 31 billion yuan ($4.32 billion).
