The Nanming Economic Development Zone in Guiyang, Guizhou province, has launched an upgraded full-cycle enterprise service system to provide more efficient and convenient support for businesses.
At a symposium held on July 31, the zone gathered representatives from government departments, State-owned enterprises and more than 20 key companies to discuss business needs and improve service mechanisms.
The new system combines offline one-on-one service coordinators with a digital platform, creating a standardized service chain covering investment attraction, project development, production launch, and business growth. It is designed to provide companies with dedicated contacts, faster responses, and streamlined procedures throughout their development journey.
A highlight of the meeting was the reveal of an enterprise service mini-program that integrates functions including demand submission, progress tracking, policy updates, service applications, and feedback. The platform will continue to expand services, allowing businesses to handle more administrative procedures online with greater efficiency.
The zone has also strengthened coordination among departments to reduce institutional costs for enterprises.
Recently, a dedicated service officer helped Yuanshu Technology (Guizhou) Co resolve an urgent invoice issue, increasing its invoice limit from 29,000 yuan ($4,299.74) to more than 1.5 million yuan.
Through personalized services and digital empowerment, the Nanming Economic Development Zone is building a more efficient and business-friendly environment to attract investment and support high-quality industrial development.
